Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction means everything to us at Croí Kinsale Jewellery. If your handmade jewellery piece doesn’t bring you joy, we’ll do our best to make it right. Whether you’re looking to return a gift, request an exchange, or ask for a refund, we’ve made our return policy simple and stress-free.
Returns
- You may return your jewellery within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit—no questions asked.
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving the return. Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take 7–10 business days for the funds to appear.
Exchanges
- You may exchange your item within 21 days of delivery.
- We cover return shipping only if the exchange is due to a mistake on our end (e.g. incorrect item sent).
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email or call us before sending your jewellery back. We’ll give you a return/exchange notification and a return code to include in your parcel.
- Please send your item using a trackable shipping method. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns that are not trackable.
Purchases from Stockists or Retail Partners
If you purchased your Croí Kinsale Jewellery from one of our retail partners, please contact the store where you made your purchase directly. As these items weren’t sold through our Kinsale shop or croikinsale.com, we are unable to process returns or exchanges on their behalf.
